User Experience Processes
The processes shown are part of a "tool kit" that can help during the Design Discovery phase.
These help me establish a framework and foundation for some potentially complex problems.
Although many times not all of these steps are taken, due to various constraints, skipping ahead to solutions limits possibilities and innovation.
When working on a user experience problem, it is ideal to be able to utilize multiple "tools" in order to help drive solution. These are processes that I use, and find essential.
Depending on the timelines and scope these can scale to fit the needs of the project.
